Pokemon X and Y download [THE TRUTH]

Trailer : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gmywDbnC5ocSeriously people what makes you really think that someone has already made a Pokemon X and Y Rom for you to use? If some freaking Youtuber really has it then either they're really good at programming and cracking DS roms or just plain bullshitting you. Most youtubers take advantage of the fact that people are often too cheap to buy the game themselves (i.e. children, teens, low-income earners) and provide links to these download sites that give money to the Youtuber everytime someone downloads it. Do they really show you proof of the ROM working in an emulator on their computer? Does the download size seem legit? Should be at least 700mb for a legit file and even if is that big, there's probably some password needed to unlock the file meaning, more money for the troll Youtube links.

Most of the comments that say that the download works and game works and everything are probably lying and may be additional accounts the youtuber has made or used sites that provide incentive to others to leave good comments. Usually you can just look at the number of likes and dislikes and easily determine whether you're being trolled but sometimes they disable ratings so they can seem more authentic.

Your best bet of actually finding a Pokemon X and Y ROM download will come from sites such as www.ndsr.net/3ds-roms, www.dgemu.com/3ds.html , roms43.com
or some forum site that manages releases of new roms. DO NOT BE MISLEAD BY YOUTUBE ASSHOLES TRYING TO MAKE MONEY AND GAIN VIEWERS. EVEN IF THEY HAVE AN ACTUAL COPY YOU'RE BETTER OFF SEARCHING ON ONE OF THE ABOVE SITES OR LOOKING FOR TORRENTS. TORRENTS ARE MORE LEGIT THAN THESE FAGGOTS.
100% no survey link? BITCH PLEASE! You probably provide a link to download a so-called 'password' for your fuukn file. Also beware there are no legit 3DS emulators out yet. dont be silly

Part 1: Write a 200 word précis for YOUR story in a collection of short stories which employ the genre you have studied in class

Expect the unexpected in this short story. This story will be interesting to all audiences. Unsuspected by David Chen is about a story of a crime. In this short story, the author turns around the cliché of the usual amount of killers. Dr Hugh is the main character who solves the crime. There are five other characters: the receptionist, a scientist, a businessman, a drug seller and an elderly man. All except for the receptionist are clear suspects to the case of the death of Mr Smith. A man is found dead one night. Dr Hugh chats with the receptionist. The next day, the characters gather and talk about themselves and their personalities. Each one is as suspicious as the last. Dr Hugh inspects the dead man. Dr Hugh identifies their motives and pieces the puzzles pieces together. Dr Hugh solves the crime.

Part 2: Write a 500 word statement for a publisher that provides a rationale for your collection

The Short Stories of David Chen will leave you in amazement and awe. The genre of crime fiction fits perfectly into these stories. Crime fiction is the genre which deals with murder, criminals and their motives, and the breaking of the law. Crime fiction includes many sub genres including Private Eye and Cozys. Each with their own specific, for instance, Private Eye involves an investigator often being invited by individuals such as locals or groups such as the police to solve the crimes.
Crime fiction involves a protagonist such as detectives, a villain such as the murderer and suspects such as people with motives.
Crime fiction began around the time of Edgar Allan Poe when he introduced the main conventions and requirements of crime fiction. As a result, of his introduction of crime fiction to society, it became more and more popular. They included a disguise to the story which made it mysterious so readers would continue to find out more. Characters in the story were cleverly disguised to help the main character along the way and solve the crime. Soon, people were experimenting and started involving new forms of solving crimes including science into it.
During the Golden Age, that was when crime fiction really began to bloom in popularity. New writers joined the society of crime fiction writers with their new approaches to the genre. During this age, the Intuitionists and the Realists sub-genres emerged having its own characteristics.  After World War 1, the “hard-boiled” sub-genre emerged. It proved interesting to many readers taking over American crime fiction.
In Unsuspected by David Chen, characters are shown to all have a somewhat motive to have killed a character. The elements of unknown and uncertainty make the reader wonder who the killer could be. The protagonist doesn’t have an accomplice to help him solve the crime instead he pieces evidence together. He listens to the people’s stories and then figures out their motives. He then comes to a conclusion and reveals the culprit(s).
The story is relevant to a contemporary audience, as it is suspenseful and really indulges the reader to find out more. It shows the difficulty of solving crimes and how they are solved. In modern society, people are still interested in crime fiction as it is still a popular genre to read about.

Part 3: Write a 1000 - 1200 word short story in your genre from your collection.

Late at night, I suddenly woke up to the sound of a bloodcurdling scream coming from the lobby. I got up and raced down the hallway. To my delight, there was a dead man with bullet holes all over him lying on the floor. This was the start of another case to solve.
“Hello, Dr Hugh. What brings you hear?” asked the receptionist.
“Good evening, Madam. It seems to me that there is a case to solve here and I’m the most qualified man around here. I myself have solved numerous cases of murder” I replied.
“Well then let’s begin this mysterious case” said the receptionist.
“I would first like to ask how many people are currently living in this hotel apart from the dead man”
“As you know, being in the country side of London, we don’t have much guests but I would say around four people not including the staff, of course. Their loyal to this hotel and would never do anything to harm the guests.”
“Well, that settles that. Gather up all the guests in the morning and we’ll see what they have to see about this. By the way, how may I ask did you come to find this body?”
“I just went to the bathroom, and when I arrived back I saw the body on the floor. Now that I think about it, I did hear some faint gunshot fires.”
“Goodnight to you, Madam. I’ll see you in the morning with all the other guests at 9 o’clock sharp.”
“Goodnight.”
I went back to my room and just as I stepped in, I felt a shiver down my spine as if someone was looking right at me from behind. I turned around only to find no one. I shrugged my shoulders and went to sleep.

The next day, as I woke up I noticed a note slipped underneath my door. It said “I congratulate you on your keen ears last night. Nobody else seemed to wake up but I would like to confess now. I am the killer.”  Somehow this message seemed to disturb me. I put on a change of clothes and walked down to the lobby.  Four gentlemen awaited me there.
“Morning, Dr Hugh. I have discovered this body to be of Mr Smith of Room 4. His room is perfectly in order with no signs of struggle.” said the receptionist.
“That’s very interesting. Well, who do we have here?” I asked.
A short man with glasses was the first to reply.
“The name’s Owen. Donald Owen. I’m a scientist travelling to the city. I’m just staying here for another week until I finish my experiments around here. I study plants and wildlife you see but I don’t like being disturbed. I like my experimenting at night where it’s all quiet.”
The next one to speak up was a big man with a cigar in his mouth.
“You can call me Willy. I’m a businessman. I came here to take a break from the city. You know, with all that smoke in the air. It pisses me off.”
I could see the irony there. To the left of Willy, there stood a young looking fellow.
“Hi, I’m Johnny. I sell drugs you see. I sell them at a good price. I sell ecstasy, heroin, cocaine and anything you need. That’s how I earn a living. Sometimes people get a little cocky and I take them down but I’m not saying I killed this guy.”
The last guy was an elderly man, probably in his seventies. He was wearing a bowler hat and was wearing a fancy suit.
“All you people just make yourself sound more and more suspicious to the crime. If I were investigating this, I would say all of you did it. Yes, all of you. You all have some weird things coming out of your mouth. Ah, yes the name’s Albert. Albert Lockington. I’m a hip old fellow. I could beat you all up blind folded. I got a black belt in karate you know. I was International champion once. I –
“Okay, Okay, we get the picture. No need for a life story. I’m going to have to investigate the body a bit further. You may all continue on with the day. If anyone, would like to confess, now would be the time.”
Silence filled the room and then everyone just walked off. The body was still on the floor rotting away. On closer inspection, it seemed there were gunshots on both sides of his body. I checked the man’s pockets. I found numerous items including a lighter, a wallet and a packet of what seemed to be drugs. This still didn’t cross out any suspects.
The scientist could have been studying out at night and could’ve been attacked by Mr Smith but he quickly whipped around a gun and shot him several times. However, unlikely it seemed it was still possible.
On the other hand, Willy may have noticed Mr Smith smoking around and shot him a couple of times. He did say he didn’t like smoke and even if Mr Smith struggled Willy was a big fellow and could have easily knocked out Mr Smith with a swift blow.
The young lad, Johnny could also have been the culprit. Mr Smith may have scammed Johnny and tried to flee. Johnny being a drug dealer would have known the risks and probably had a gun by his side. Mr Smith might not have enough time to escape and result in dying from gunshots.
Albert didn’t seem like the kind of guy to really know karate and probably would have been easily defeated by Mr Smith because of his fragility.
Even if it was one of them, it couldn’t have been possible Then, I realised who it was. I quickly raced to receptionist and ordered him to gather everyone.  I even made sure he called the police.
Minutes later, everyone arrived.
“Gentlemen, I have figured out who the killer was. You see gathering evidence was not really required. Sending the note, made it seem like it was one person who committed the crime, however it was two people. It was Johnny and Willy. Before you two move, I would like to inform you that the police are on their way. Mr Smith must’ve been smoking Johnny’s drugs after scamming him and then Willy would have noticed the smoke. Being at opposite ends of the hallway, they must’ve both shot Mr Smith from both sides causing him to die. So, as you see the pieces fit.” I said with a slight grin.
“You got us Dr Hugh. It was somewhat an accident in our eyes but you have overlooked that. Nevertheless, I congratulate you.”

The policy of a “big Australia” to improve Australia has been debated whether or not it should go on. With a projection of 36 million by 2050, the population and the economy need to be improved and increased. However, there are fears of overpopulation and lack of resources available.
Australia’s population has grown faster than most developing countries. Australia is filled with migrants and with higher migration levels it can help Australia internationally and nationally. Internationally, a Big Australia will help Australia have a better defence force and better trade. With better trade, Australia’s economy will rise as more migrants enter the workforce. The workforce will help continue and sustain this growth as well as helping support the older generation. The older generation mainly consists of the “baby boomers”. There are a lot of baby boomers due to the fact there were many babies born during this time. Now, a younger generation needs to become abundant. With a population growth, there will be enough people to support Australia’s growing economy.
However, a “big Australia” may damage Australia’s population because of resource and land depletion.  Due to a larger population, more resources will be consumed such as water which is a necessity to human life. Australia has chances of experiencing droughts and dams might not be able to supply the population with water. Industries such as in mining and trade will experience harsh effects from the lack of resources available making Australia’s economy go down. Also, as most of the population lives on the coast, it will eventually become overpopulated as most people tend to not like rural life. The cities will become overpopulated leading to factors such as traffic congestion.
In conclusion, a Big Australia is good for the population and the economy however; it may lead to resource and land depletion. With the different opinions of society, it will be a hard choice to whether the big Australia policy goes on.

How have attitudes to people and the landscape been influenced by colonial and postcolonial perspectives?

Perspectives of people and landscape have been shaped among various views of composers of different texts. People’s greed and beliefs brings grief to people and the landscape. Attitudes of people and landscape are depicted in a variety texts including White Man’s Burden by Rudyard Kipling, Rabbit Proof Fence and The Heart of Darkness by Joseph Conrad. The people and landscape have been viewed as strange and only good for exploitation and those who view this have shown it through the way they create their texts. The attitudes of people have now changed after colonialism and we can see that there is not much difference between races. The attitudes are also viewed as good and bad for different reasons as colonialism takes place.

In White man’s Burden, Kipling follows colonialism and shows how the natives are a hard group of people to look and care after. The foreignness of the natives scares people and they need to be changed through slave labour. Kipling sees that the colonial perspectives are just and should be taken advantage of. He speaks of the natives as being “half-devil and half-child” showing that they are childish in many ways but are scheming but not that intelligent. Kipling shows that with hard work they can become more civilised and become better race in society. The landscape of Kipling’s poem depicts it as one that can be changed and becoming a better community.

In the film Rabbit Proof Fence, natives are shown in a somewhat same way like in White Man’s Burden as the natives can be wiped and be replaced with white people through half castes. The half castes are shown as easy to manipulate with going to learn and speaking English. People are shown that they have to accept the fact of colonialism and stand by it or just try to escape it through tough experience. The composer sees that this real life story based film shows the hardships and tries to depict how natives felt and how they reacted. The landscape shown is that there is a key involvement in every object and it can lead you home like the rabbit proof fence. The deserted landscape is a barren land which can’t be exploited but can be used for living.

Within The Heart of Darkness by Joseph Conrad, the natives are seen as demonic and frightening. They are shown as they have only one reason to live; to be exploited amongst slave labour. In the Heart of Darkness the only way to become somebody is to successfully exploit slave labour and gain a great sum of money along the way. Colonial perspectives have influenced the way natives are shown and this shows that in time there could be the fact that post colonialism could never be wiped. The landscape of the story is dark and dull. There is no heavenly light which brings about happiness as the landscape is corrupt by the stereotypes of the natives.

Composers are lead to similar representations of the people and landscape as there is way in how is it’s the right thing to do. Composers see that their representation shows the true nature of natives and the landscape and how there should be colonialism to stop the natives. Over time these attitudes have changed as it has been seen as unjust and that they should have a better future even though their lives have been changed from the meddling of complete strangers to them. From studying past attitudes it is possible to adapt and change the way we view people and landscape. From the three texts, White Man’s Burden by Rudyard Kipling, Rabbit Proof Fence the film and the Heart of Darkness by Joseph Conrad it can be seen that natives are only good for slave labour and that the natives are strange yet easy to manipulate people.

People’s perspectives of people and landscape are shaped by how colonialism and post colonialism works. Through using a variety of texts attitudes of composers change but the truth will not leave. Like in Kipling’s poem, White Man’s Burden and in Rabbit Proof Fence the composers believe that the natives can be educated in some way and can be used a useful source for learning. While in White Man’s Burden and Conrad’s Heart of Darkness the natives are seen as evil and demonic.  In Rabbit Proof Fence and Heart of Darkness the natives are just taken away from their lives to be used elsewhere such as in a church school or in some workshop. However in all of them there are different views of the people and landscape. These attitudes have moved on to post colonialism where they are argued against. From these texts it can be seen that there can be change that allows attitudes and perspectives of people and landscape to be fair.

Analyse how Mongolia is modernisin

Mongolia, a country surrounded by Russia and China, yet it is not much of a significant part of the world. It had a population of 2.1 million back in 1989 and has slowly grown in size up to 2.6 million. Mongolia seems as it is unknown from the world being nomadic like it people but it is slowly modernising over the years. Housing, transportation, international aid and tourism have all helped Mongolia develop over the past century.

Mongolians have been around for a long time and some of there are still nomadic so they live in gers, traditional Mongolian homes. These gers are their homes which they move every 2 years or so. There are many situated around the capital, Ulaanbaatar although they have bad hygiene. Now some of them have modernised and have started living in proper housing within the main cities. Fortunately to help the Mongols, over time the Mongolian Government has committed to building thousands of new housing units to help alleviate the housing shortage. This will most likely help modernise the country and less people will have gers.

During 1921, the transportation industry in Mongolia was very primitive with only horse                relay stations along caravan routes. During 1925, the Mongolian government began taking transportation into consideration and modernising it. They began building hard surface roads and railways. During this construction process animals such as horses and camels were still the predominant form of transportation. In the 1950s Russia continued the railroad construction. In the 1950s China helped Mongolia in continuing their road construction. Since 1960s their modernisation of a transportation system they have begun to slowly modernise into the future.
Along time Mongolia began to expand even though it was a third world country. Countries like the US, eagerly helped Mongolia providing aid and support in expanding education, combating HIV and reducing the infant mortality rate. Through this it can receive the help it needs for modernising with the rest of the world. It can gain new technology and gain a better economy although the poverty rate remains at 33 per cent. Although leaving the main cities does mean something along the lines of leaving civilisation, they now have internet and mobile phones are available in the smaller villages and the capital Ulaanbaatar is forever growing into a modern city. This shows that they have adapted to the new things yet still follow there nomadic ways.
Tourism in Mongolia has dramatically changed. The Mongolian government promotes tourism for development and investment attraction. It has rapidly grown during the last decade. Now there are up to 500 different tourism related companies registered there. The number of tourists increases every year.

Race Relations between Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal People 1970s

The 1970s was a crucial part in the change in rights and freedoms of Aboriginal people. Much of the change was a result of Whitlam’s introduction of multiculturalism. Throughout the decade, awareness about the issue was raised among the public.
On the 26th of January 1972, a group of four Aborigines established the Aboriginal Tent Embassy outside Old Parliament House as a response to the McMahon government earlier that day refusing to recognise the land rights of Aboriginal people. The establishment was an important step to improving Aboriginal rights as it raised awareness as well as showing the government that they would take action to gain land rights and compensation.

While Whitlam was in government he helped show his support for the Aboriginal people through the abolition of the White Australia Policy in 1973 as well as the legislation of the Racial Discrimination Act in 1975. The Racial Discrimination Act was Australia's first piece of human rights legislation and was part of the recognition of the multicultural society that Gough Whitlam wanted to create. It meant that no restrictions could be made based on race, colour, descent or nationality. The Act was milestone for promoting equality for Indigenous people.

The abolition of the White Australia Policy led to the taking away of Indigenous children to be wrong. As a result of the abolition, of the White Australia policy, Whitlam introduced the policy of self-determination, which meant that they had more say in issues that affected them. It also resulted in the end of the assimilation policy.

In 1975, after their protest begun in 1966, the Gurindji people residing at Wave Hill were officially given their land rights back to them by the Whitlam government. Subsequently, the Aboriginal Land Rights Act 1976 (Northern Territory) was passed as well as relying on the fact that Justice Woodward, chairman of the Aboriginal Land Rights Commission (aka The Woodward Royal Commission), had recommended the changes. This legislation helped eventually convince the other states to look into similar legislation to enforce.
